Days After Biden Signs Dozens Of Executive Orders – 6 States Fire Back, Attorneys General Warn Him Of Lawsuits

What’s Happening:

Biden quickly tried to blitz the United States with a record number of executive orders.

Cleary, the people pulling his strings wanted to reverse the Trump era as quickly as possible.

But Biden is going to learn the hard way that you cannot run the country like a dictator.

Texas took one order to the courts—and won. Now six more states are given Biden a clear warning.

Go against the Constitution and you’ll regret it. From The Epoch Times:

A coalition of state attorneys general on Wednesday sent a letter to President Joe Biden reminding him that any potentially unconstitutional executive actions or federal overreach will not go unchallenged.

The letter, signed by six attorneys general (AGs), puts the Biden administration on notice that any actions that might exceed their statutory authority, are inconsistent with constitutional tenets, or place civil liberties at risk could trigger legal action by the states.

Morrisey [from West Virginia] is joined by attorneys general from Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Montana, and Texas.

Attorneys General from six states warned Biden that they would sue if any of his orders violated the Constitution.

You might as well fire up those lawsuits now, boys. Because I doubt the over 30 orders he signed so far are all nice and constitutional.

These AGs warned Biden not to go beyond his authority, violate constitutional “tenets,” or jeopardize the civil liberties of Americans.

I’m sure, out of the many radical orders he signed, Biden has done all of that already.

Biden is pushing a radical agenda focusing on “social justice,” environmentalism, and left-wing propaganda.

Really, that’s all a front for globalism. Trump was a populist who put Americans first. Biden is an insider that wants to restore the D.C. swamp.

The last thing he’s probably worried about is trampling the Constitution.

These lawyers better get ready to go to work.
